This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Interfaith Network, a global South/East-focused membership based network comprised of more than 400 members – individuals and organizations – all over the world working on issues of faith, gender and sexuality.

The intern will provide assistance to GIN’s staff, specifically to the advocacy programme, which works in high-level political spaces. The internship is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has an interest in human rights, LGBTI issues and faith and wants to gain experience in working on these matters, within the framework of a global organization, anchored in the Global South/East, and working specifically with the United Nations human rights mechanisms.

This internship is 8 months long and will start on 6th April 2021. The internship is based on virtual work, and the intern can be based anywhere in the world with good internet connection. The exact dates can be flexible, and working hours are from 9am until 5pm CAT (flexible according to your time zone). The candidate should be available to work part-time (20 hours/week). The internship receives financial compensation of EUR 350 per month.
