This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Interfaith Network, a global South-focused membership based network comprised of more than 400 member organizations all over the world working on issues of faith, gender and sexuality.
The intern will provide assistance to GIN’s staff. The internship is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has an interest in human rights, LGBTI issues and faith and wants to gain experience in working on these matters, within the framework of a global organization, anchored in the Global South, and working specifically with the United Nations human rights mechanisms.
This internship is six months long and will start in July 2020. The internship is based on virtual work, and the intern can be based anywhere in the world with good internet connection. The exact dates can be flexible, and working hours are from 9am until 5pm CET (flexible according to your time zone). The candidate should be available to work part-time (20 hours/week). The internship receives financial compensation of EUR 300 per month.
