The Religious Dialogue Partners’ Process

The Religious Dialogue Partners’ (RDP) process is a locally-grounded project, currently active in 3 Southern African countries and is steadily expanding to 10 SADC countries over a period of time.

Pearl Daruwalla

Pearl Daruwalla [he/she/him/her] is an out and proud gender non-conforming lesbian. She’s an event manager by profession & activist by passion.

In her journey of acceptance and advocacy, she’s worked with various stakeholders such as corporates, educational institutes, medical professionals, lawyers and government officials in order to sensitize society to LGBTQIA+ issues. Her main aim is to show the community in it’s true light and to work towards eradicating the discrimination it faces on the basis of gender and sexuality.
